Great location with easy access to I-10. Parking lot well lighted with multiple security cameras which are visible at the front desk. The room was great and appeared to be recently remodeled with laminate flooring instead of carpet (big plus). Bed was comfortable and TV was great, too. Would definitely stay here again.

This Hotel is off the charts, super fantastic hotel, reasonable price, very comfortable, very clean, good location because it is 12 minutes from the airport, they have a super kind and well educated taxi driver named Don Carlos that take you to the airport, the fare is $25 which is ok. The coffee and continental breakfast they offer is really good. I can't find words to describe Carmen in the reception. The owner would not be smart if he doesn't keep this lady in his hotel. Carmen is awesome!! Kind, caring, loving, and efficient. Any customer can be sure Carmen is going to take good care of him/her. Erica is great also. We will be back. There is no question about it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with our first room and we were moved without much trouble. Glad for the elevator and luggage cart.

Staff was amazing and attentive. Room was very clean and parking was very close to the lobby. Security patrolled through the night. Location is almost in the middle of El Paso, so it was easy to Uber places without having to pay more than $15.00 a trip.

The fact that they had washer and dryer within the premises of the hotel. The internet was great and the room was comfortable. The staff was very kind and supportive. I would stay there again if I needed to.

Staff is sweet and they let me check in early which I appreciated it so much! Room was clean and smelling really good! Overall really good hotel, only bad thing is online it states that breakfast is included with price but that’s a lie there was no breakfast provided.
